At Florist Julien, we believe the journey of a bouquet is just as important as its creation. To ensure our signature large and XXL floral designs arrive in pristine, boutique condition, we operate a bespoke delivery service utilizing our own climate-controlled vehicles for local hand-deliveries, alongside premium national couriers for UK-wide shipping.

Every arrangement is handcrafted in-house by our senior design team at our Cheetham Hill studio. We never outsource orders to third-party relay networks or local resale shops.

1. Greater Manchester — Local Hand-Delivery

Ready-to-Enjoy Packaging & Safe Place

Unlike standard flower services that ship dry stems in cardboard boxes, every bouquet delivered within Greater Manchester is hand-tied, placed standing in a specialized nutrient water pack, and inserted into our luxury signature presentation box.

Our bouquets arrive pre-hydrated with specialized flower food—no vase required! If the recipient is not at home, our driver will safely leave the bouquet in a designated Safe Place or with a neighbor. The upright water pack ensures the flowers stay 100% fresh and perfectly hydrated until retrieved.

Local Delivery Rates & Conditions

  • Minimum Order Value: £50

  • Same-Day Delivery Cut-off: Order before 1:00 PM (13:00) Monday to Saturday.

  • Delivery Window: Same-day orders are freshly handcrafted during the afternoon and dispatched with our private couriers between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (16:00 – 20:00).

We deliver across all key areas, towns, and postcodes in Greater Manchester, including:

  • Manchester City Centre: Deansgate, Northern Quarter, Ancoats, Castlefield, Spinningfields, New Islington.

  • South Manchester & Cheshire Borders: Didsbury, Chorlton, Sale, Altrincham, Hale, Hale Barns, Bowdon, Cheadle, Stockport, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge.

  • North & West Manchester: Cheetham Hill, Prestwich, Whitefield, Salford, Salford Quays, Worsley, Swinton, Eccles, Urmston, Bury, Bolton, Oldham.

2. Complimentary Click & Collect (Cheetham Hill Studio)

You can collect your floral arrangements in person from our design studio free of charge.

  • Same-Day Pickup Cut-off: Order online before 1:00 PM.

  • Pickup Window: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday – Saturday).

IMPORTANT NOTICE (Pre-Order Only): To guarantee maximum freshness, our studio operates strictly by pre-order. We do not hold off-the-shelf ready bouquets for walk-in buyers. Please place your order online or contact us via WhatsApp prior to arrival.

3. UK-Wide National Shipping (Outside Greater Manchester)

For addresses outside Greater Manchester, we ship across mainland UK using our trusted logistics partners, DPD and Royal Mail. Stems are wrapped in specialized moist cotton packs and secured inside custom-designed protective transit boxes.

Rates & Transit Times

  • Standard Next-Day Shipping (£6.00): Delivered between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Tuesday to Saturday).

  • Express Next-Day Shipping (£15.00): Delivered between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Tuesday to Saturday).

Cut-off Times & Restrictions

  • Order Cut-off: Place your order before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) for next-day dispatch.

  • Dispatch Days: We dispatch national orders Monday through Friday.

  • Non-Delivery Days: National shipping is not available for Sunday or Monday delivery.

4. Customizing Your Order at Checkout

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please complete the following during checkout:

  1. Delivery Date & Time: Select your preferred delivery date from our calendar.

  2. Card Message: Provide a personal message to be handwritten on our luxury cardstock.

  3. Contact Phone Numbers: Include both recipient and sender contact numbers for courier updates/access.

  4. Safe Place Instructions: Specify a safe location or preferred neighbor if no one is available to receive the delivery.
