Unlike standard flower services that ship dry stems in cardboard boxes, every bouquet delivered within Greater Manchester is hand-tied, placed standing in a specialized nutrient water pack, and inserted into our luxury signature presentation box.

    Our bouquets arrive pre-hydrated in water treated with specialized flower food. Your recipient does not need to search for a vase, cut stems, or prepare water—the bouquet is ready to display and enjoy immediately, and lasts significantly longer!

  • Safe Place & Peace of Mind

    Not home during delivery? No problem! Because the bouquet is safely secured in its upright water pack inside our protective box, our courier can safely leave it in a designated Safe Place or with a neighbor. The flowers stay 100% fresh and perfectly hydrated until you arrive.

  • 100% In-House Master Floristry

    Every arrangement is crafted in-house by our senior design team at our Cheetham Hill studio. We never outsource your order to third-party relay networks (such as Interflora or MyFlowers) or local resale shops.

  • Rates & Delivery Options

    • Courier Operating Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday and Sunday are reserved for in-studio production and store collections; courier service does not operate on weekends).
    • Same-Day Local Delivery: Available for all bouquets in our Same Day Delivery collection for orders placed before 1:00 PM (13:00). Dispatched after 4:00 PM (16:00 – 20:00).
    • Default Local Delivery: For our extended floral catalog, orders placed before 8:00 PM (20:00) are prepared and delivered on the next available courier day (Monday – Friday, 16:00 – 20:00).
    • Delivery Fee: Free (£0.00) local hand-delivery across Greater Manchester.

For customers who wish to collect their floral arrangements in person, we offer a dedicated pickup service from our Cheetham Hill design studio.

    • Pickup Location: 151 Cheetham Hill Rd, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 8LY.
    • Pickup Window: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (16:00 – 20:00), Monday – Sunday (7 days a week).
    • Pickup Fee: £5.00 handling fee.
    • Same-Day Pickup: Order before 1:00 PM from our Same Day Delivery collection to collect today between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
    • Weekend Collections (Saturday & Sunday): To collect flowers on Saturday or Sunday (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM), please place your order by Friday before 1:00 PM.
    • Catalog Orders: Orders from our broader catalog placed before 8:00 PM are ready for collection starting the next day (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).

UK-Wide DPD Tracked Delivery

For delivery outside of Greater Manchester, we ship our premium bouquets across mainland UK using our trusted logistics partner, DPD.

To preserve the absolute freshness of the blooms during national transit, the stems are secured in specialized protective hydration transit packaging.

  • DPD Standard Delivery (£10.00)

    Afternoon delivery between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (13:00 – 18:00) (Tuesday to Saturday).

  • DPD Timed / Morning Delivery (£15.00)

    Priority morning delivery between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (08:00 – 13:00) (Tuesday to Saturday).

  • Lead Time & Cut-off

    Orders placed before 8:00 PM (20:00) require a 2-day lead time for conditioning and nationwide courier transit.

  • Delivery Days

    Available Tuesday through Saturday.

    (Please note: DPD delivery is unavailable on Sunday and Monday).
